The long awaited regeneration of Walton-on-Thames town centre began when developers of The Heart, O&H Properties acquired the site in 2003. Following a £150 million regeneration, the site which once was neglected unsightly, now prides a 227,000 sq ft mixed use development comprising 53 retail units, 279 apartments, a car park and a state of the art public library.

We work on the consumer marketing campaign to develop and retain footfall to the Centre which is full of activity, managed through Savills Commercial.
