Coverdale Davis represented Benchmark and GE Capital's interest in The Halkins, Belgravia 2000 to 2006. Covering 2.7 acre area of Motcomb Street, the Halkin Arcade, West Halkin Street, Kinnerton Street (part) and Lowndes Street (part), the area was branded as ‘The Halkins’ in 2001 – a name steeped in local history.
Promoting the area’s individual and exclusive character, Coverdale Davis created an active campaign for the 30 tenants as well as the client. We helped launch the anchor store offer Waitrose and were instrumental in securing the Motcomb Street party sponsorship.
