Coverdale Davis represented Frogmore’s interest in the Triangle (formerly the Corn Exchange) that was devastated by the terrorist attack in 1996. The aim was to market and publicise the shopping centre's transition to an upmarket fashion destination and to re-position Exchange Square as a central retail and leisure destination. This also involved working with the 5 key owners of the Arndale Centre, M&S, The Shambles and The Printworks.
The Triangle was given a soft opening in August 2000 and was officially launched by HRH The Prince of Wales in December 2001.
We were appointed to Frogmore following our representation of EDAW who we worked with on Manchester City Centre, with Manchester City Council and the consortium of property owners in the area.
We were re-appointed in 2005 to control business to business press relations for The Blackstone Group and Milligan in the months prior to selling the centre to Morley.
