Coverdale Davis represents Crosby Lend Lease on Clarence Dock in Leeds, a large, waterfront and most eye-catching ;£250 million mixed-use development, boasting 1.5 million sq ft of dynamic space to transform the city waterside location into a modern, vibrant and innovative urban and ultimate city destination.
Following an exciting consumer launch with TV's Gok Wan, our business to business remit was to help deliver the new retail marketing and pr campaign to capture the essence of the cosmopolitan and aspirational opportunities that Clarence Dock offers, with international retailers, designers, fashion lifestyle brands and urban street fashion. The catalyst for regeneration at Clarence Dock is the new community, thriving with people born out of the successful completion and occupation of 1,100 luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
In December 2008 Coverdale Davis was instrumental in bringing eight designers together from the Leeds College of Fashion to launch a pop up boutique 'Pieces of Eight' for Christmas. This generated fantastic footfall and strong PR opportunities and brought a buzzy and youthful atmosphere to Clarence Dock. Clarence Dock was acquired by parent company Lend Lease in 2009.
