Coverdale Davis looked after the profile building of commercial property developer and investment company Citygrove in support of its expanding business interests in the UK and Europe to acquire larger scale projects.
Renowned for its first class reputation in retail and leisure development and investment, Citygrove to date prides itself on risk-averse business. With a Group average annual turnover over the last five years of £40 million per annum, Citygrove’s future, broader-based strategy is in the investment market, in line with its European expansion, Citygrove Developments Espana (established 2003), which opened its European headquarters in Madrid 18 months ago. Several large scale projects are underway including the acquisition of a 300,000 sq ft of retail in Gallicia in North West Spain, a 350,000 sq ft shopping centre in Alicante and a large retail scheme in Lisbon, Portugal.
