This includes managing and overseeing the scheme's leasing strategy and brand development, alongside a trade and consumer press campaign and events to support The Estate's aim of creating a vibrant 'village centre' for locals just a step away from Oxford Street and Marble Arch and to attract a dynamic mix of tenants which will attract visitors from other parts of the capital.
Coverdale Davis is instrumental in sourcing and managing temporary use of space initiatives, working with artists and art organisations, designers, enterprise agencies and fashion colleges.
